Aspects to Consider When Canceling Your HelloFresh Order
Before we show you how to cancel HelloFresh orders, we’d like to highlight some aspects that may impact your account. You’ll have to consider whether you want to stick with HelloFresh or cancel your subscription.
When you create an account and subscribe to a plan, the default setting activates an automatic renewal. You might think that you can just wait out the meal delivery period and then move onto a new vendor. However, you’ll need to manually switch off this setting if you don’t want your order to continue for the next month
Losing Trial Content
Perhaps you signed up to HelloFresh for the goodies promised during a trial subscription period. One catch of the terms and conditions is that you’ll lose any content provided to you during the trial if you cancel.
Remaining with the trial period, you’ll need to cancel your subscription at least within 24 hours before the period ends. If you do it any time after that, the system won’t accept it and you’ll need to pay for the full plan.
